Stage Four: On Stump, Low-Key Thompson Stirs Few Sparks

The Article called "On Stump, Low-Key Thompson Stirs Few Sparks," is about a former United States Senator, Watergate investigator and famous actor; Fred D. Thompson is going to try to run for president of the United States. If Fred D. Thompson runs for president and becomes president, he would be the second famous Republican actor in United States history. The first famous Republican actor who was president of the United States was President Ronald Reagan, Fred D. Thompson could be the second and a odds show he could be a good president because Ronald Reagan was a good president. Because Ronald Reagan was also a famous actor and good at politics just like Fred D. Thompson.
The first time when Fred Thompson is when he was speaking in a small restaurant and shown his remarks saying that he is going to run for president of the United States. He stood face to face in front of a quiet audience and spoke his words and made a few jokes, the speech he made it easygoing. He spoke in a very broad generalities on the conservative principles in particular, federalism and cutting government spending. But he didn't show any strength in fund-raising in his campaign opening months.
The results that Fred Thompson got, out of his speech in the restaurant at Nevada, Iowa, saying that he is going to try to run for president. Kay Odell, a retired child-abuse worker, said the Fred Thompson would make a very good president. What Kay Odell added was this "I'm sure he'll make a good president." Fred Thompson is good at public speaking, he's good at politics and he knows what he is doing most of all, he could make a great president.http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=980DEED91E30F937A35753C1A9619C8B63
